Erin Dilworth, Soprano, is recognized for her expressive musical phrasing and rich resonant tone. With experience in opera, musical theater, and oratorio, Erin particularly values performances that foster a meaningful connection with her audience.
A graduate of Millikin University (B.M.) and the Longy School of Music of Bard College (M.M.), Erin makes herself comfortable on stage by making clear musical and dramatic choices. Praised for her dynamic singing and engaging stage presence, Erin has captured audiences with her performances in Opera roles such as: Various Daters (Speed Dating Tonight), Laetitia (The Old Maid and the Thief), Clara (Signor Deluso), Belinda (Dido and Aeneas).
No stranger to ensemble work, Erin performed recently with the Beatrice MasterSingers for the 250th celebration of the Bunker Hill monument and their second annual holiday concert in Charlestown, Massachusetts. Erin’s solo oratorio work includes the Vivaldi Gloria, Mozart Coronation Mass as well as Bach Cantata BWV 51.
Over the past decade, she has also performed sacred music in Catholic churches in the city of Boston, offering comfort and delight through her voice.
